By accessing or using Replii (“we,” “our,” “the App,” or “the Service”), including any web or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

All content, features, and functionality in Replii — including software, logos, design, and text — are the intellectual property of Replii Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.

6. AI Assistant Content

Replii’s AI-generated responses are powered by large language models and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date.

You understand and agree that:

• The AI does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice

• You are responsible for verifying and evaluating any AI-provided information

• We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI output

7. Subscription and Payment (if applicable)

If using a paid version of Replii:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your plan

• All payments are processed securely and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

• Plans may auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Replii at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your rights to use Replii will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:

• That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

• That any data or content will be accurate or reliable

• That bugs or vulnerabilities will be corrected

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Replii Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
